Dear Dennis,
Happy Birthday!
Please excuse the card, I know it’s “udderly” silly but, somehow, I figured you would expect something like flying cows from me.
Since I haven’t picked up any good vibrations or “gift” brain waves from Bay View, I thought we should send a couple of bucks rather than some “gift” you really didn’t need – somehow, with a little effort, I know you’ll think of something to do with the money. It’s so damn cold brain waves would probably freeze anyway.
I just want you to know how proud I am of you. It have been a real pleasure to see you grow from a neat little kid into a fine young man… and the best is yet to come (honest). Some of my fondest memories will always be the work you and I did together in Oshkosh.
If you need us, Ellen and I will be in your corner.
Again, Best Wishes for a very Happy Birthday!
Henry
